How about if I want ksh as my login shell, and want to use rsh commands
over to other systems. How can I get my environment set up as it would be
in the csh because the .cshrc would be run. The rhsd on the remote system
won't create a login shell, so .profile won't be run and hence $ENV won't
be created.
