Sharable Libraries

One of our users is trying to get sharable libraries working on an Intergraph
Workstation. This is a SYSV type of machine (I believe). He says that he has
followed the manual, but with little success. Could somebody send me a simple
set of instructions to follow to create a sharable library please.
