Problem starting remote OW shelltool

There's some kind of process group business going on there.  What you
need to do is wrap each invocation of cmdtool/shelltool with
/usr/etc/setsid.  Excerpt from my .openwin-menu (rcmd is the script
from vanilla mit X11R4):

"    Command Tool " MENU
[...]
	"netcord"		exec rcmd netcord /usr/etc/setsid cmdtool -Wi -Wt 6x13 -Ww 80 -Wh 50 -Wp 2 212
[...]
"    Command Tool " END PIN
