Looking for a 386 Unix SysV

I've just got a 386 machine and want a SV/BSD O/S. System V
is a requirement- BSD is nice! I here a lot about SVR3 but
little about BSD on the 386?? 

So what's the best UNIX out there- SCO, BELL or ATT? Ya-know,
OSF is gonna help in the long run...
