Floating Point Arithmetic

In regards to my recently received 3.0e SV/386 upgrade:
It seems my pleas to make the floating point control C library
routines *actually work* have not been answered. The library
routine that takes in floating point status (fpgetsticky())
still returns only the constant 0, even though disassembly reveals
that it actually is accessing the FPU, whereas it used to just
return 0. However, it is still functionally useless. Floating point
control is imperative to numerical analysis freaks, like us.
Please bring this up to spec.
