Elm 2.0

This has _not_ been my experience with Elm 2.1.  I get the very same errors
reported by Mr. Kiecker.  (I'm at patch level 1  and did--as John suggested--
compile and link with -Ml options.)

Any suggestions welcome.  Thanks
