Elm 2.0

Does anyone have Elm 2.0 ported to SystemV/AT (i.e., the 286 version)?
I have installed it (had to gin up a mkdir() function) but the delete mail
function causes the following:

Emergency Exit taken! All temp files intact!
Segment Violation signal!

If anyone has already solved this problem, I would appreciate receiving
the corrections (diffs) before I start to try to figure this one out.
What is interesting is that Elm 1.7 beta did the same thing, but Elm 1.5 
did not.
