Using 4 ports serial boards and interrupts 10-15

Several people asked me about this.

I'm now using a low cost 4 port serial board with 16450 and 16550 uarts
in it.  The board is available from ACP (800-345-5020) and other clone type
places for < $80.  You may be able to use two of these boards (there is a
jumper to change addresses).

To use interrupts 10 and 15 (there are other free ones also), I ran 
wirewrap wires (ie, no soldering needed) from the jumpers on the 
serial card to some unused jumper posts on my disk controller.  You 
just have to check it carefully to make sure that the interrupt line 
gets connected to the right line on the bus (int 10 instead of the 
usual int 3/4).  Get an AT tech ref manual for more info.  

The software (asy driver) for uport 3.0e - 386 isn't quite ready for 
release so I can't say anything more.  I'll post something here if the 
author doesn't.  

The end result is that I have 4 fairly high performance serial ports 
for < $100.
