HELP with uport bbs

Pse help me with uport bbs, I have tried to get sources from the
uport bbs with uucp (uucp uport!~/unix/......) but I have got the
same message all the time: 

remote access to path/file denied

Can anybody help me, I have a original Micorport Unix Sys V
(Nr. of Build-Disk: 3RTL300001073)
