ST4096 divvy

Would someone running SV/AT with a ST4096 disk drive please mail me a 
copy of their divvy -d ?

I am running a system with a Type 2 drive and a ST4096.  It seems that the
4096 has a "bad block" in one of my disk partitions, as well as having
apparently bad table entries.  

A second problem I am having is that I am unable to access a DOS partition
on the 4096 without clobbering a [presumably exclusive] UNIX partition.
Accessing the UNIX partition will also clobber an established DOS
partition.

Perhaps I'll gain some insight from studying someone else's divvy tables.

Does anyone know how to patch these tables?
