need help on Sun 4/110 (4.1) => PS printer lpd filter

Hello,

I'm attempting to take a net-obtained "lpd" filter for PostScript
printers and make it work between my Sun 4/110 (SunOS 4.1) and a new
NEC 90 PostScript printer.

There is a *little* info about this in the SunOS manual in Chapter 12,
"Maintaining Printers and Print Servers", but the above filter already
does that stuff, and just sleeps or craps out.

I could use more specific info on how this is done, especially from
those of you with "lpd" source code in front of you...
