DVI --> VDS(Versatec) Converter

I am looking for a utility (preferably public domain) which can
convert `*.dvi' files (produced by TeX) or Postscript files to
files in the VDS (Versatec Data Standard) format which is com-
patible with Versatec printers/plotters.

If you guys have any info, please let me know.
