Let's keep c.u.wizards and c.u.internals

c.u.wizards should be kept alive as the gateway for the internet mailing
list and for whoever wants to post there from usenet. The c.u.internals
group has strong merits potentially better S/N ratio and clearer charter.
c.u.wizards clearly has advantages (open forum, potentially at a high level)
and disadvantages (attractive nuisance for novice questions) but it clearly
has a strong appeal, a great deal of tradition behind it and an Internet
basis to boot. The internals group should help by reducing the volume
of c.u.w (as will the other new c.u groups) leaving c.u.w as a sort of
(and I think desireable) "c.u.high-level-misc" group. I think that those
objecting to the internals group are really opposing the demise of the
wizards group and I don't really think they are objecting to the new
internals group per se.
And the implementation is simple and easy and I don't even think a
vote should be required - just don't rmgroup comp.unix.wizards.
