UNIX system survey

Help!  I am trying to put together a UNIX system for a small software 
development group.  Can anyone out there give me some suggestions?  Listed
below are the base requirements.

	1. ethernet interface
	2. minimum 2 Mb of no wait state memory (s/b expandable beyond 16 Mb)
	3. minimum of 150 Mb hard disk storage
	4. floppy disk (1 Mb)
	5. UNIX (System V.3 or BSD 4.2)
	6. CPU (>12 Mhz) with MMU, FPU, 2 or more RS-232 ports
	   (68020,WE32100,???)
	7. 1-4 users per node
	8. relatively inexpensive (<$15,000)
