Help with UUCP

rm the file "/usr/spool/uucp/STST.systemname", which contains the date and
time of the last attempted call to "systemname".

The -r1 flag sets your "role" to "master".  In a UUCP connection, there
is a "master" who initiates the call, and the "slave", who doesn't.
