nice values for different groups (suggestions wanted)

It is possible to have a priority set for a specific user when they login
by placing the 'pri=<priority_value>' into the gecos field in the /etc/passwd
file.  This works on System V.2, I do not know about Berkley.  I am not sure
if this is what you want or not.
