RCS and getopt

Has anyone converted all the RCS programs to use getopt(3)?
Some commands would have to be modified to get around, e.g.,
the concept of "optional parameter" but I'm willing to live
with than in order to be able to type "rlog -LR" instead of
"rlog -L -R".
