HELP with an emulex cs11

we have an emulex cs11-u2 on a750 under 4.2BSD and suffer the following problem:
- since a crash due  to a power-failure (losses: unibus-extension, deuna) we los
 -t 16 lines (ttyho-hf) controlled by this cs11 excepted one ttyha (on which ini
 -t start a getty process)!!
- nothing was voluntarily changed by us in the system-tables (ttys,...)
- under a VMS-test sytem with emulex driver all lines work fine ,permit login...

 it shows that all ttyh lines share the same address; is this normal ? it seems
 that "init" sees one and only one line (ttyha: why this one ?) among 16 of 
 which 9 are interactive (ttys).
any idea or explanation will be welcome !!!!!!!!!
