Yes. It is available from Wollongong Group (called WIN/TCP). AT&T
also resells it. The release notes manual number is C105300651 (either that
or 308-093, Issue 1 -- Feb. 1987 -- Release 1.1).
You should be able to get more info from AT&T or Wollongong.
