tcsh bug?

I got this funny message from tcsh yesterday that I didn't understand,

	Vdraw: vcursor_v overflow! Vcursor_v == 14, should be < 14

and today a user complained that if he pressed CTRL N before he did a
CTRL P the shell would die and exit, effectively logging him out.

Anyone else seen this and have a fix for it? If not I may post a fix
eventually.
