memory usage on AT & T 3B2

This message is posted for someone with no access to the net.
This person is trying to account for memory/CPU usage on an
AT&T 3B2-400.     

What programs are available on System V that he can use?  He
mentioned a program 'crash' but is unable to get it to work.

This group is quite new to unix, any help you can provide would
be deeply appreciated.
