unix-msdos networking, any suggestions?

I am currently looking into various options for networking.
I would like to be able to connect up machines running
microport SYS/VAT, SYS/V386 and MSDOS.  I would like to
use tcp/ip on an ethernet.

Does anyone have any suggestions and/or remarks.
