phone for BSD3.4+ (anyone?)

Has anyone been having the same problems getting phone(1) to work on
their system?  Here we have BSD4.3+ running and we've tried all sorts
of codes with no luck.  I hear from people running phone on their
4.3's and so I ask them if we could get the code from them but even
this code is incomplete in some way.  Does anyone have BSD4.3+ and
have phone(1) running?  If you do, could you possibly send me the
code?  I'll accept checks and money orders...but, seriously, I'll take
it in uuencoded form or anything.  Just tell me how you sent it.  OR,
if you know of the file server you picked it up off of, then that's
cool too.  Thanks a lot for any help.
