Need Ditroff -> Matrix printer

Does anyone out there have either:

	(a) a Ditroff -> Epson/Star Matrix printer driver
    (b) The code needed to make those special ditroff driver tables
        My vender doesn't have it.

If anyone out there has anything, I would really appreciate it if you'd let 
me know.
