F77---> C Translator

Does anybody know a decent F77--->C translator to run in a PC-AT?.

(I can not believe that nobody does!!!!)

If it is public domain wonderfull, if it is not, could you pass
me the address of the company(s) selling it (and any information,
and opinions, so may have on them).
