Accessing files by inode #s

On System V Rel 2.1 (and earlier) I've had good luck with the following:

	od -c .		# to determine the "real" characters in the filename

Then some combination of:

	rm 'filename in quotes'

Sometimes it is necessary to ESCAPE certain characters in the filename.

This almost always works.
