Installing Netnews B 2.11

Will someone please help me install netnews version B 2.11...here is my current
problem:-

When I tried to send news with postnews I got this message,
"Article not posted - exit status 11"
and received this message with rnews -U
"inews: rnews failed, status 11. Batch saved in /usr/spool/news/880xxxxxxxxxxx".

In both instances a file (.inaxxxx) was created for each error message in
SPOOLDIR.

I am using SCO runtime version 2.1.3 and development version 2.1.4 on a Zenith
248 with 1.2 meg ram. I used the supplied localize.xenix and defined SMALL_
ADDRESS_SPACE in the defs.h file. I got these warning during compiled:-

Following are my present configurations:-

All directories leading to SPOOLDIR are 755 and anything beneath SPOOLDIR
are 777 permissions.
