implementing NFS on a VAX 11/780

I am trying to implement NFS on our VAX 11/780 and make it a server. I 
have some documentation on how to go about the implementation but I am
a little lost.

I would appreciate if someone who has done this before give me some clues
on how set up NFS on our VAX. I am also keen on knowing how to test the
network (ie: NFS performance).

The NFS software is on the SUN 3/160 (OS:V3.0) which is also a part of 
our departmental network. (the VAX runs on 4.3BSD).
