General Purpose Spooler Wanted

		Its characteristics should be

  o Spool requests to a single ressource
  o Apply a priority mechanism on each request  either
       - by explicit argument
       - Automaticaly, based upon a user/priority pair or
         size/priority table (file size for instance) etc...

 We would like a kind of librairy, or a set of programs or a
package. With it we should be able to build at least a spooler
for printing (lp) or telecommunications purposes.
