Unfortunately, this is now impossible -- Stride Micro (aka MicroSage,
aka Sage Microcomputers) is now out of business. They filed for Chapter 11 a
couple of months ago, and shortly thereafter closed their doors.
Sage and Stride owners are now orphans.
I have contacts with some of the original Sage/Stride people through
the UCSD Pascal Users' Society (USUS) {Thanks for the backhanded compliment,
Sam!}, and can pass email messages to them.
I posted a copy of the original message <2162 at julian.uwo.ca> on MUSUS,
the USUS Forum on CompuServe, and got a pointer to Microware, the makers of
OS9, a 68000-based Uni-clone. They are located in Des Moines, IA, and their
OS is pretty good, but real UNIX it ain't. No other replies were forthcoming.
