How to you get NFS on a VAX 750 under 4.2 BSD

The subject line says it all.  We have an 8800 running ultrix 2.2 and a couple
of Sun 3s with nfs, but would like to know how one gets NFS for
a standard 4.2 system.  We have both 4.2 and 4.3 source code license.
