4.3BSD+NFS for Suns

Does anyboby know whether anybody has ported 4.3BSD to Sun3 and Sun4?  With
NFS?  If somebody has, can it be licensed, and on what terms (i.e., does it
include sources)?  It is for purely non-commercial use at a university.  We
don't care much about software support, as long as we got sources.
