HELP: XNS on 4.3BSD

Hello, I am Takao Hotta. I will try installing the XNS software on 4.3BSD 
because of we baught Xerox's Star Workstation (J-Star). However XNS
package is old(?), as a result xnsftp(file transfer) is not active.
Please let me know how to get the latest XNS software on 4.3BSD.

Let me tell you further Viewpoint service's version is 10.0 and
XNS software on 4.3BSD is (~/xns/courierlib/services.txt):
