need 80386 assembler

We're looking for any of the following utilities:

	+ 80386 assembler to COFF and/or BSD a.out formats
	+ 80386 COFF loader

We need source, because we're doing to install it as a back end to the Gnu
C/286 compiler running as a cross-compiler on an Encore multimax.

If you know of free-ware, or $-ware, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
