Troff to PostScript translators

We have an implementation of devps oriented towards Berkeley systems,
and in particular Suns.  Our product runs on Sun4's running SunOS 4.0
(which is something the Sun folks tell me Transcript won't do) and provides
integral support of the Berkeley printer spooler.
