Transfering troff to a PC WP

Our group does all its text processing using troff and -ms macros.  But
we have a need to transfer revisable format documents to other groups
which use PC-based word processors.  The company owns a translator among
such word processors, but it does not include troff/ms.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has worked on this problem.
I would be most appreciative to receive shell scripts, etc that would
accomplish exchange of revisable format files.
