Need AT&T Contact

I need to get the name/number/address of a good
contact within AT&T to meet the following needs:
I have Sys V Release 2 Version 2, and am upgrading
to Sys V Release 3 (ours is a port by a 3rd party).
I have been told that AT&T did not release Release 3
to the public due to bugs.  I'd like to get a contact 
who can tell me how Rel 2 Ver 2 maps to their internal
scheme (ie: 5.2.2, 2.2, 2.02, etc...).  I'd also like
to be able to confirm or reject the Release 3 rumor
above.  I want to get my facts straight before I talk to
the port vendor to see what they are porting as Release 3,
and where it came from.
