Adobe Mail Server Help Needed!

Sorry for the posting here - comp.archives is down while Bill gets his
machine fixed, so i can't get this from his server (at least it hasn't
responded in 3 weeks).

I am needing to access the mail server at adobe.  Can anyone please tell me
what account (and what commands) I need to use to do so?  It is an entry in
the comp.archives database, but alas, I have lost that too.

Please email responses.

P.S. I am interested in any FTP services they have also.
