Software Design Graphics

I am in need of a graphics that can help in software design.
What we need is a package that can draw boxes, lines, etc and
connect them together. The package needs to run on a 3b2/600
and use a minimual of graphics terminals.

Also looking for a inexpensive graphics terminal emulator for
MS-DOS machines.
