Try "comp.text". It discusses this kind of problems. Most items in that
group are about Tex, Latex and Troff.
The symbol you want can be generated with the individual parts (the
slash and 3 dots) and moving them around. (there is "raise" and "lower"
for vertical movement and "kern" for horizontal i believe)
