Line at a time scripts in csh

Thanks to everyone who sent me the solution:
	foreach i ("`cat file`")
		#whatever
	end

And special thanks go to Mike Khaw, who correctly pointed out
that you lose leading whitespace and lines that are only whitespace 
by doing the above.  Fortunately, it didn't matter for my application.
