Need wyse60-EPC Termcap

I am posting this for a friend who does not have Usenet access.  He has been 
looking all over for a termcap for a Wyse-60 with enhanced PC keyboard 
(WYSE60-EPC).  Calls to both Wyse and the company that makes the software he 
plans to use have produced no leads.
 
If some one could tell me where to obtain this termcap, or better yet mail 
me a copy, I would appreciate it greatly.  Note that I do not have access to 
ftp archives.
