Has anyone used CHARM?

Has anyone heard of or used a software product called CHARM?

The literature indicates that it is a 4GL/C code generator/Screen generator
that has it's own built in data base management system, or can be used with
any other relational DBMS.

I would be interested in contacting anyone who has purchased or used this
product.
