Where to get BSD docs? (Was Re: SysV bcopy?)

manual sets to non-AT&T source licensees.  This is NOT fact the best
place to find out if this is true is USENIX.  Send a note to
uunet!usenix!office or office at usenix.org and they should be able to
tell you if this is true or not.
