Japanese language and computer, help requested

Hello World,


We are planning to port one of our product to .... Japanese.
So we need informations about 
		Japanese Unix, 
		Japanese Keyboards,
		Japanese fonts,  
		Kanji-Kana coding, 
		... and all these kind of subjects.

So if you have informations or references to informations related to

By the way, I am learning Japanese, so if you have any reference to a
good Kanji dictionary, it would be helpfull
