I am a student who is planning to do a reasearch paper about
the legal ramifications of computer viruses and breakdowns in computer 
security.  What I would like from you people, if possible, to send 
information about computer viruses.  I'm just starting and I really
don't know too much right now.  What type of viruses are there?  How
do they spead?  Maybe some specific cases of virus infection.  Also
if anyone knows about the legal responsiblities, who is responsible
if a virus infects a specific network.  Also, if anyone knows about
computer security, I would appeciate similar information.
