Change Control System wanted

Hi there,
	We're looking for a Change Control System to run under UNIX,
modelled after the style of UCC8.  It's not intended to be a source
code control system, but more an administrative tool to help track
change requests from customers, prioritise them, with bring-ups, etc.

Any ideas?
