helpful vi macros?

	I was wondering if anyone had any vi macros which they find helpful
in everyday text or program editting.  After quite a while using vi, I have
decided to explore its more advanced features.  Although I'm sure the map and
ab functions are helpful, I'm having difficulty dreaming up anything beyond
cute to do with them (yeah, I know...go to emacs).
