Xanadu on UNIX

Has anyone heard of any work on the Xanadu publishing
utility under UNIX?  The last information that I have
on Xanadu was published in the January 1988 issue of
BYTE magazine in an article entitled "Managing Immense
Storage" by Theodor H. Nelson.  If someone could give
me an address/phone number where Project Xanadu can be
reached, I would be grateful.  

Has anyone had any positive experiences with any other
type of hypertext text management systems operating 
under unix or xenix that are either character-based or
Motif-based (386/486 only)?  Thank you.
