Honey-Danbear UUCP Availability

We have an older implementation of UUCP running on our Ultrix-32
MicroVAX.  Could someone provide me with information on the Honey-Danbear
UUCP package?  Does it run under BSD (Ultrix)?  Is there a license fee?
Where might I get a copy?
